Sarah Clark, is the Chief Operating Officer of Fraser River Pile and Dredge (FRPD). FRPD is Canada’s largest marine contractor, operating primarily in Western Canada and the Northwest Territories.
Until the spring of 2015, Ms. Clark was the President & CEO of Partnerships British Columbia Inc. (PBC), a corporation wholly owned by the Province of BC with a mission to structure and implement partnership solutions which serve the public interest. Ms. Clark was responsible for the management and operations of PBC. She also sat on a number of Project Boards for projects ranging from transportation and energy to health and accommodation.
