Dr. Diana Nada is currently a Senior Manager in the Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory at Deloitte, and previously a Senior Manager at Colliers Project Leaders where she is a leader in the Advisory Services, Infrastructure Advisory practice.
She brings over 15 years of project management experience in real estate, mixed-use developments and infrastructure capital projects with local and international asset owner companies and project management consultancies worth up to $20 billion and more than 70 million SF. She specializes in governance and oversight of projects, advising on best practices of program and project delivery, project assurance, auditing and controls, PMOs, collaborative relationships and continuous improvement.
A published author and advocate for value creation, Dr. Nada has penned a multitude of articles, as well as her book: “Project Approval Decisions: Exploring Success Factors”, where she challenges the questions: “Why do we do what we do? Why do capital projects fail, and how can ‘project’ success be more inclusive?"
Dr. Nada received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and holds a PhD in Project Management from the University of Calgary in Canada.
