Danna Donald

Danna’s practice focuses on project finance, including social and transportation infrastructure, energy, syndicated loan facilities and acquisition loan facilities. She advises domestic and foreign financial institutions and a broad range of corporate borrowers on the negotiation of credit facilities, indentures and infrastructure documents. Danna has been a senior member of Osler’s commercial team in providing advisory services on a number of infrastructure and energy transactions including the debt and equity financing of some of Canada’s largest wind and solar projects. Danna is actively involved in student development. As a member of Osler’s Student Committee she mentors and trains the firm’s budding talent. She is also a founding member and Chair of the Toronto’s Women’s Infrastructure Network (WIN). Danna continues to empower women worldwide, as a board member of Rescuing Our African Daughters (ROAD), a charity providing support, education and security to teenage girls in Burkina Faso, West Africa.
