With a focus on gender-based harassment and violence on worksites, MJ will walk us through the amendments to the Workers' Compensation Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Labour Standards Code that were enacted as a result of the Stronger Workplaces for Nova Scotia Act.
