From the earliest stages of her career, Myriam demonstrated a level of leadership well beyond her formal role. In her very first week at Steer, she was tasked with analyzing a complex data for the REM corridor. Today, as a leader at Alto, Myriam leads the development of the Business Plan for Canada’s largest rail infrastructure program and serves as an exceptional public-sector client. Myriam sets the standard for effective, accountable client leadership on a complex infrastructure program. She has a rare capacity to understand how decisions in one discipline ripple across others, including their broader political and institutional implications, while remaining deeply pragmatic about what is achievable and what should come next.
