Christine is a CPA‑designated finance professional with 14 years of experience supporting complex operations across the oil sands, provincial healthcare, and major civil infrastructure. She has worked in operations accounting, corporate reporting, financial planning, and project finance, progressing through roles of increasing scope and responsibility in both public‑ and private‑sector environments. A graduate of Queen’s University, Christine began her career in Calgary with Imperial Oil before relocating to British Columbia, where she advanced into financial planning and analysis roles with the Provincial Health Services Authority and later joined Aecon’s Major Projects West division. Her work has spanned portfolio‑level consolidation, forecasting, and reporting for large civil projects, as well as financial operations and governance in multi‑partner project structures. Across these roles, Christine has developed financial models, controls, and reporting processes that support reliable decision‑making and strengthen project delivery. She has also built team capability through practical documentation and training tools used across project finance teams, strengthening both the systems and the people who rely on them.
