2026 WIN Awards Judge

Alice Wong has over 27 years of experience spanning through public and private sectors, with a range of experience in the Canadian Banking sector to various ministries within the Government of Alberta.  Over the last 3 years with Alberta Infrastructure, she has led four complex P3 school bundles, achieving progress unmatched in previous decades in Alberta Infrastructure.  Her first P3 school bundle procurement was given the Award of Merit in the 2025 CCPPP National Awards for Innovation and Excellence in Public-Private Partnerships as well as being shortlisted for the P3 Awards under the Best Education and Higher Education Project. 

Alice obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Economics) from the University of Alberta and holds designations of Certified Financial Planner, Certified Management Accountant and Chartered Professional Accountant.  She has been recognized and has been awarded various Alberta Public Services awards through her time with the Government of Alberta and is thrilled to have participated in the selection of this years WIN’s award winners.
